1. Place and order by email to us at idolcafe08@gmail.com or sms us +6594498090. Thank you. Confirmation email will sent within 2 days of workings day. Sms confirm will be sent within 24 hour.
2. Available items would be sent within 5-7 working days once payment is confirmed.
3. postage fees are to be paid by buyers. For registered mail, chargers are to be paid by buyer too.
4. Payment: Bank-Transfer / Paypal / Cash payment (Only for meet-up)
5. Payment from overseas: Paypal only.
6. All items we received and you receive is ALL BRAND-NEW! Mostly products is imported by Taiwan and also includes accompaniments of Taiwan magazines. Unless stated!!!
7. We did not supply stock to any blog or other person.
8. No exchange for items once products is received to you.
9. We do not do swapping.
10. Meet up only can be in OUR CONVENIENCE unless there is a reason that we can accept.
11. ONCE item are sold, they are non-exchangeable / no refund.
12. Items arrive, will be given 1 months of collection. If unable to do that please inform us and reason must be stated.
